College Tuesday: 5 College Bloggers to Check Out!

Hey sweets!

I am down to 9 days till I start my road trip to college! It’s so close! As it gets closer, I realize that I’m a little more nervous about the move than I thought…

My biggest thing at the moment is having to leave my wonderful boyfriend behind. But I know we will do just fine πŸ™‚

The big thing that has helped in my preparation for my move has been college bloggers! Who’s better to get knowledge from than writers who are going to college??

However, during my search for different college bloggers, I’ve had a hard time finding some. Maybe I’m just looking in the wrong places, but they have been hard to find.

Since I’ve become a college/lifestyle blogger myself, I’ve found that to find other bloggers like yourself, you really have to put yourself out there. AndΒ once I did that, I found these 5 lovely ladies through Instagram.

So, for today’s College Tuesday, I’m going to share with you 5 college bloggers to check out, plus something unique about their blog!

This girl is just starting out and I think her blog is absolutely lovely! Her content is super informative!

Something unique about her blog is that she blogs about Greek life! Personally, I will not be participating in Greek life, but I still find it so fascinating! And it’s a great resource for other girls that may be interested in getting to know more about Greek life!

She also blogs about her life Michigan State University, mental health, beauty, and student life!

My favorite blog post of hers is Embracing Rejection During Rush! I think that is such an important topic to cover for those interested in Greek life!

Her Instagram is @brenna_jw! Make sure to give her a follow!

2) Practically Close

Close has a wonderful layout to her blog with super great content! A definite go-to college blog!

I can really relate to this blog since Close is also in a long-distance relationship! I never planned on being in one myself, but knowing that their is a resource for me to go look into when I’m struggling is really a great relief!

I love Close’s blog post about Collegiate Soul! I had never heard of them before her blog, and I definitely plan on shopping there because of it!

Close also blogs about her life at Texas State University, and her travel adventures! Totally a life that I would want to live!

Give her Instagram a follow! @practicallyclose

3) The Freckled Prep

Tori has a great blog and proves that you don’t need to buy your own domain to dominate in the blogging world!

I always appreciate people who are super involved in the faith and Tori is one of those people! Not only does she blog about college life about Florida State University, she includes posts about her faith. I think many college students will appreciate her dedication and can relate to it!

I love her post about The New Type of Self Harm. Taking care of yourself while in college is important and she brings to light a form of self harm that many people don’t realize is occurring: emotional self-harm. I love this concept and totally recommend giving it a read.

Want to check out her Instagram? I would! @thefreckledprep

4) Lexi Chantel

Lexi and I have become great blogging and Instagramming buddies and for good reason! Her blog is wonderful and she has such a great personality that comes through in her writing!

Lexi is a Fashion Merchandising major at Sam Houston State University in Texas, which means one thing: she has some great fashion advice on her blog.

I love that she has this ability to dress so fantastically while in college. I know that I will probably be in sweats and a t-shirt most days, so I give her many applauds!

Though I love her fashion advice and style, my favorite blog post of hers is The Midlife College Crisis. As many people say, college is not the magical fantasy that movies create. It’s a mess. And you may think that you are sure of your life, and then all of the sudden you aren’t. And that’s okay.

Lexi is currently on a social media detox, which is totally needed. But you can still check her Instagram out and follow her for when she comes back to the social media game! @_lexichantel

5) Cute and Classy Blog

Last, but not least, I present you Leah at Cute and Classy! She has lots of posts about college, which is super helpful!

As many college students know, food is one of the most important aspects of life. Especially in college, when you think you may not have enough money to buy food for the rest of the week. And Leah blogs about food! Cool right??

Speaking of not having enough money, I love Leah’s blog post about Gifts for College Students! It really is perfect, since college students struggle to pay for their own tuition!

Want to check her Instagram out?? You totally should! @cuteandclassyblog

Well darlings, I hope you found some new blogs to enjoy! These bloggers are hard workers and are total girl bosses!
